I used to amble around this area as a young pup before it was ever called Tetherow; I also cut my teeth on the classic, Road Construction Ahead. Therefore, it’s only fitting that I should be the one to report.
Tetherow Townhomes
Following the construction of three new spec homes at Tetherow, excavation work, clearing, and site preparation are now underway on a new phase of 22 townhomes at Tetherow (they’ll be called Tripleknot). Our intrepid photographer (my master) was able to sneak out and shoot the accompanying photos on a recent warm day.
The townhomes at Tetherow, being developed by Tripleknot (I think that’s a funny name! Probably a rather esoteric reference to a fishing knot), are scheduled to line the scenic 11th. fairway of the links-style David Kidd track. . . right where my master usually “pushes” (his word) his drive. Many should feature fine Cascade mountain views.
Purportedly, the Tripleknot townhomes at Tetherow will be be available in both one and two story designs. An anonymous source has said that the units will be offered in the “high 400,000’s.” At this time, no construction schedule is available.
I think that Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty will most likely handle the listing and selling of the Tripleknot townhomes at Tetherow.
Tripleknot . . . Always Part of the Tetherow Plan
Acording to the Bend Bulletin, the Tripleknot Townhomes have always been an integral part of the plan. Upon completion, the over 700 acre destination resort should feature 375 single family homes, 200 townhomes, and 300 overnight keys.
