Townhomes at Tetherow
A local company has started construction on the first two units of the first phase of its new Tripleknot townhome community at Tetherow Resort. Included are some recent photos.
Tripleknot Townhomes
Tripleknot Townhomes’ first phase consists of 22 homes with floor plans ranging from 2,350 to roughly 3,000 square feet. They will include single-level as well as two-story homes at Tetherow with multiple master suites. Prices range from $499,750 to $697,750.
The project is being developed at Tetherow by Tripleknot Associates, LLC. The townhomes will be built by Arrowood Development, LLC. Arrowood, which is owned by long-time local developers John Lietz and Don Bauhofer, has specialized in the development of townhome communities on Bend’s west side for more that 15 years. The company currently is building the townhomes at PointsWest, adjacent to Widgi Creek golf course. The company’s previous townhome projects include Bridge Creek Village, Whisper Ridge, Arrowood Trail and Tyrion Sky in Broken Top, along with Arrowood Summit.
Designed by John Muir
Tripleknot is being designed by John Muir (no, not that one!). John has a history of successful residential designs throughout the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado. He also is the architect on the townhomes Arrowood is building at PointsWest.
Tripleknot is designed to meet the needs of both full and part-time residents at Tetherow, offering proximity to downtown Bend and a maintenance-free lifestyle. Tripleknot’s first phase will border the 11th fairway at Tetherow and offer panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains. The developer anticipates that a model home (See details on the lease back program) will be open for viewing in March of 2012.
Tripleknot is part of the overall master-planned community of Tetherow, home to the nationally ranked David McLay Kidd golf course which opened in the spring of 2008. The resort abuts the National Forest and lies next to the Phil’s Loop trail head. In addition to its newest townhome community, Tetherow offers spectacular single family home sites for those looking to build their own homes.
