Recently, Cascade Sotheby’s and Tetherow, Bend’s premier golf community announced a new partnership . . . Cascade Sotheby’s will now serve as the onsite brokerage representing all of Tetherow’s real estate offerings. There will be a dedicated onsite sales team situated in the real estate office at the Tetherow Golf Clubhouse.

Up to the Minute Progress
- Tile work is being done now, hoping to have it complete at the end of next week. We are tiling the fireplace with a gorgeous, Ann Sacks marble tile, floor to ceiling.
- Stone masonry on the exterior fireplace chimney and the kitchen garden should be done by end of day. We made the wall bigger on the kitchen garden because that patio will be elevated to just below the belly band, making only a small step down from the house and then a few steps at the edges of the terrace. (This is how we are planning to do it for all the terraces.)
- The flooring is at the house, ‘curing’ to our climate prior to installation.
- The garages doors are both ready now, with their cool new side-track system. (my first time seeing these, maybe you already know them)
- Waiting on floor heating to be installed in master bath floor, then the tiling will go in there.
- Check out the hot/cold dog wash faucet on the front side of the garage
- Did you see the hidden outlet for a charging station in one of the drawers at that side desk?
